Jakarta Mori Tower is located on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No.Kav 40-41, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. The Jakarta Mori Tower building was developed by Mori Building, one of the famous Japanese development companies. In its construction, this building was carried out by a collaboration between Bangun Cipta as a contractor, Kon Pedersen Fox as a building designer, and Shimizu Bangun Corporation. The building, which has been operating since 2022, is the first building built by Mori Building in the Southeast Asia Region, this building has obtained Well Core Gold certification and Bca Green Mark Platinum Award. This building consists of 59 floors, with a total building area of around 190,000 square meters and an average area per floor of around 3,220 square meters. This building is utilized as an office by PT Bank Resona Perdania, and various other companies.

Jakarta Mori Tower is strategically located, and is part of one of the golden triangle areas of Jakarta, directly integrated with Jalan Sudirman, and the Semanggi intersection, making it easy to access various city facilities, such as luxury hotels and surrounding commercial areas, including access to the airport via the toll road.
